The grand, majestic and marvelous Biltmore House located in Asheville, North Carolina is something you must experience. We’ve visited the grand mansion twice, once during the summer months and once during the fall. Because North Carolina experiences the weather changes of all four seasons, each experience was delightfully different. Now, we think a visit to the Biltmore House during the winter months is something that we must plan. Specifically, we are interested in attending Candlelight Christmas Evenings, which allows vistiors to explore the Biltmore House during holiday evenings when fireplaces fill the grand home with a warm glow, accenting delicate ornaments and priceless treasures. Candlelight Christmas Evenings occurs November 9 through December 31, 2012 and your evening admission ($69-$79) includes: a reserved evening visit of Biltmore House, daytime access to Biltmore Gardens and Antler Hill Village & Winery on the same day or next day as your evening visit and free parking. There is also a daytime Christmas tour, but we think it would be extra special to see the house and Christmas lights at night.
