The “Harper” skirt from Kate Spade New York ($328) is youthful and adorably chic. They took the ladylike fit of a pencil skirt and cropped it to showoff more leg. Then they added a smattering of gold pyramid studs to the Harper’s tweed-like texture to create an edgy finish.
