The 36,000-square-foot mansion and guesthouse was built by New York hedge-fund executive Robert Sussman. It is located on 12 acres nestled between Camelback and Mummy Mountains in metro Phoenix’s poshest area. The home is named Villa Paradiso.
The estates also comes with a 12-car garage, eight bedrooms and a movie theater decorated with a James Bond theme. The main swimming pool has his-and-hers pool houses. And the three-bedroom guesthouse has its own infinity pool.
Catherine Jacobson and Walt Danley of Walt Danley Realty, have the listing on the house, which took five years to build. It was completed in 2005. Christie’s International Real Estate is marketing the home internationally.
