Take a look at my latest purchase. Last week I received an invitation (a coupon) which entitled me to 25% off my entire Coach purchase, with roughly five days for which it was valid. Well, on Friday night I wondered into my local Coach store with intentions to buy the Gallery Patent Tote, retailing for $398. I also intended to snatch up a couple of the adorable wristlets and a wallet, which was going to be a gift for a friend. I had only seen the Gallery Patent Tote online. When I got to the store and saw it, I wasn’t thrilled. It was cute, but not great. However, the Patent Francine bag was displayed on a table right near the Gallery. I fell in love with the Patent Francine handbag in mahogany. It was everything I wanted. The hardware on this handbag is just beautiful. It is pictured above, and honestly the pictures don’t do this bag justice. Go see it in person. The patent leather is super shiny and the mahogany is such a rich and luxurious color. As my luck goes, the Patent Francine is $798, roughly double of what I had intended to spend. The more I examined Francine, the more I couldn’t resist. So I went home with Francine, the matching wristlet, and a gift for a friend. What I regret is that I didn’t splurge just a little bit more and get the wallet that matches the Patent Francine. It really is adorable.
