Opened in March, the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is a residential resort that sits on a quarter-mile stretch of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico’s immaculate and swimmer-friendly Medano Beach. Surrounding the new property, which is located where the former Hacienda Hotel stood alone almost three decades ago, Cabo’s bustling waterfront community features more than 30 restaurants, including the renowned Cocina y Cantina.
Hacienda Beach Club & Residences offers its vacationing visitors and long-term residents 109 brand-new two-story villas, resort residences, and penthouses that showcase unrivaled views of the Pacific Ocean and Cabo’s distinctive Baja Rocks. International designers Wilson & Associates teamed up with Houston-based Ladco Washington Park to decorate and furnish the resort’s interiors, which combine earthy tones and textures with a punch of Mexican spice. Out-of-the-room amenities include the use of Hacienda’s beachfront, water-sport equipment, full-service spa, and state-of-the-art fitness pavilion, as well as access to the world-class golf courses that are merely minutes away (not to mention tee-time preference for Hacienda guests and residents). Rental rates range from $550 to $3,250 per night; homes are between $750,000 and $5.25 million.
