Clue was one of my favorite board games as a kid. I saw the Clue Premier Collector’s Edition over the holidays at Restoration Hardware. The Collector’s Edition set is so impressive. The wood-paneled game box encloses nine sunken rooms, each rendered in precise detail, right down to the furnishings. The non-removable tempered glass lid lets you keep the board on display between games. I didn’t buy it when I was in the store, but I’ve been thinking about it ever since. So I checked Restoration Hardware’s website today and to my delight it was on sale for $79.49, down from the original price of $159, which it what the price of the game was over the holidays when I saw it. I then went to RetailMeNot.com to see if there were any online coupon codes. I found a Restoration Hardware coupon code (RATG019) for 10% off additional on previously marked down items 12/26 – 1/12, which I used on my purchase. Even with the $14 shipping charge, my total came to only $85.54, almost half of the original price. I can’t wait to put my new Clue Premier Collector’s Edition in the game room!
