The “Diamond” credit card is issued by MasterCard and Kazkommertsbank, a bank in Kazakhstan, the home of fictitious journalist Borat. Those with minimum annual incomes of $300,000 are eligible to receive this credit card that has a .02-carat diamond affixed to it. It will carry a $1000 annual fee, a $50,000 credit limit and access to a full-time personal manager. The bank plans to issue a total of 1000 of the cards to its best VIP customers.
