Giuseppe Zanotti is one of my top five favorite shoe designers. I remember reading an interview that he gave about three years ago when he stated, “The woman who wears my shoes does not care about looking good for others — she wants to look good for herself … a woman who has intelligence.” After reading the interview, I would like to think that I understood the great mind of Giuseppe Zanotti a little better. I put down that article thinking that maybe one of the keys to his success is the combination of his tremendous artistic talent mixed with his respect for women. The marriage of those two capabilities results in gorgeous shoes.
Today’s Shoe of the Day is the Giuseppe Zanotti Knot Slide. This shade of purple is fit for royalty. The luscious knot almost looks like a bow made for regal feet. This shoe is made of satin and is made in Italy.
