Blackberry 8830

After receiving the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life from Sprint over the past two years, I decided that when my contract is up I would be taking my business elsewhere.  Yesterday, I transferred my two lines of service to the Verizon network.  I started researching and visiting Sprint’s various competitors about three weeks ago.  Verizon stood out to me because their network is superior, the plans best fit my needs, and their customer service is what customer service should be.  After discussing what I was looking for and settling on two devices and a wireless plan, my sales representative ported over my numbers to their network.  My sales rep also handed me his card and stressed that I call or email him whenever I have any questions or concerns.  He assured me that he would continue to be my representative and that the relationship did not end at the point of sale.  I have to admit, I feel spoiled.  In the eight years that I was with Sprint, I was never treated like that.  While I was in the Verizon store, I noticed that all of their representatives were as knowledgeable and courteous as the gentleman that I was speaking to.  It was such a refreshing experience.

I love my new Blackberry 8830. The Blackberry 8830 can integrate up to 10 business and/or personal email accounts with the Blackberry Internet Solution. Set–up is simple, and can be done right from the device. The VZ Navigator gives you turn-by-turn directions and they are accurate right down to the last inch. This particular Blackberry is a World Edition, which is great for the traveling. The device features a full QWERTY Keyboard with trackball navigation. The trackball navigation is very easy to use and even if you have never used it before, you will become accustomed to it quickly.
