As a tribute to pop artist Andy Warhol, Dom Pérignon has collaborated with the Andy Warhol Foundation and the Design Laboratory at London’s Central Saint Martin’s School of Art & Design to refashion the unchanging Dom Pérignon bottle in a way that they believe Warhol might have. These limited-edition bottles are priced at $150 and will be available starting October 15.
The artist’s connection to the celebrated Champagne goes back to the 1970s, when he used to frequent Studio 54, New York’s premier club of the era, where he and his famous friends could be found drinking Dom Pérignon.
The Warholian accolade is a distinctive collection of three bottles, each with a label in red, blue, or yellow—colors the artist is known for using in his own unique work.
