EUN Design has created a platter that also holds a bottle of champagne, wine, or any other spirit with a similar shaped bottle, and the dish keeps your libation chilled. Designer Young Sang Eun created this dish specifically for Veuve Clicquot. Set out this dish (or several of them) at your next party and let your guests graze on food and sip on some chilled champagne on their own, allowing you to relax and enjoy your party without constantly running around and filling glasses all night. Put some ice and water inside the area where the bottle goes to chill the platter. When it is time for your party, empty it out and put your bottle of choice in it. The entire platter will be chilled, so it is best to put cold snacks, like sushi, on it.
